I am going to die.
Most likely not today, probably — and I would add, hopefully — not soon. But ultimately, I will die. So will you.
It is not a thought we like to entertain. Most of us do everything possible to avoid discussing death, especially our own. But we should spend more time thinking about it, because it might be the key to life itself.
